Starting FY25: UT Southwestern's New Comprehensive Leave Program

UT Southwestern is implementing a modern and flexible comprehensive leave program called Your Time Away. This program gives employees more options for how they use their paid time off, includes a Paid Parental Benefit, provides a set holiday schedule with three additional floating holidays, and makes available a new Medical Hardship Leave Pool for employees in a time of need. The new program will start Sept. 1, 2024.
