Weight Management
Good nutrition is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Eating a healthy diet, along with getting enough exercise and sleep, can help you feel your best and obtain your healthiest weight. If you are a UT Select or UT Care member, you have access to healthy-eating resources to help you reach your goals.
Wondr Health
UT Benefits partnered with Wondr Health (formerly Naturally Slim) to offer adult UT Select and UT Care medical plan members information about weight management and feeling great in times of adversity – at no cost. Wondr Health is a weight loss program clinically proven to help you lose weight, sleep better, and stress less. Wondr will teach you simple skills that are based on behavioral science, so you can enjoy your favorite foods and feel better than ever.
Note: This benefit is for employees, retirees, spouses, and adult dependents enrolled in UT Select or UT Care who have not started a class within the last 12 months.
