The Psychiatry Residents Organization (PRO) is composed of heads of various task forces and committees, including Mentorship, Wellness, LGBTQI+, Bad Outcomes, Organized Psychiatry, and RISE Together. The purpose of PRO is to promote camaraderie among residents, provide support to individual residents, organize regular social and community building events, and enhance advocacy, mentorship, and learning. PRO hosts new intern welcome events, plans various social events throughout the year, and oversees the "Families" program.
