A completed application form includes the following supporting documents:

1. Resume
2. Cover letter (one page maximum) including relevant experience and interest in pursuing an internship at UT Southwestern Medical Center
3. Copy of unofficial undergraduate transcripts
4. Copy of unofficial graduate transcripts

Eligibility Requirements

• Current graduate student, pursuing a degree relevant to health care management or administration through one of the accredited programs listed below:
• MHA-CAHME Accredited Program
• MPH-CEPH Accredited Program
• MBA-AACSB Accredited Program
• Interested in a career in health care administration
• Can devote 10 weeks to a full-time summer internship program
