IRB Disclosure

By entering your IRB number in this web-based ordering system, you are attesting that the project has been approved by the UT Southwestern Medical Center Institutional Review Board (IRB), that the samples have been properly collected and processed according to the project protocol, and that the samples are being submitted prior to the expiration date of the study.

Sample Storage

• Samples that are collected or processed in the Core laboratory are stored until the end of the calendar year.
• A reminder of the samples stored will be sent to the PI one month before the year's end so that the samples can be collected.
• If samples are not collected, the PI is charged for storage for the upcoming calendar year.
