Self-Service Password Reset

Users can now manage their password using a module that is part of SailPoint IdentityNow. The module includes three options:

Reset Password

Change your password anytime without Service Desk intervention. DUO two-factor authentication is required.

Reset Password

Forgot Username

Use this option if you cannot remember your username and want to retrieve it.

Forgot Username

Unlock Account

If your account has become locked, use this option. Multiple unsuccessful login attempts will result in a locked account.
