Lockers
Student Center
Day-use lockers are available in the locker rooms at no charge. Users must supply their own lock. Belongings may not be left overnight. Locks may be purchased from the Member Services Pro Shop. There are also cubicles in the weight and fitness rooms for your convenience.
The Bryan Williams, M.D. Student Center also rents lockers to students and Center members by the semester or annually (fiscal year calendar). Lockers are rented/renewed at the beginning of each term. Locker rentals are handled only during administrative hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) Monday – Friday. Rental rates are as follows:

If a locker rental is not renewed, the locker will be cleaned out the second week of the semester or term. It is the user’s responsibility to renew the rental or clean out their locker prior to the locker rental expiration date. Items that are cleaned out from the lockers will be bagged and kept for two weeks. There will be a $10 locker content and handling fee to retrieve your items. Payment can be made at the Member Services Desk at the Student Center.
The Student Center does not assume any responsibility for belongings that are left in the lockers, locker room, or cubbies. Always remember to check your lock when showering or leaving the locker room area. In case of loss or theft, an incident report may be filed at the Member Services Desk. The user is also encouraged to file a police report for any lost or stolen items.
For people with disabilities, ADA-compliant lockers are available in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. These lockers are available for both day use and rental.
Parkland Hospital
Lockers are available for students on clinical rotations at Parkland Hospital for no charge. A limited number are available. Locks are provided for these lockers; the key is available for checkout at the Student Center Member Services Desk during administrative hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday). Keys must be returned at the end of the service or a $25 fee will be assessed.
F Building
Lockers are available for rental at $5 a month in the South Campus F Building. Please present your UT Southwestern Medical Center ID card to rent them. They are located on the lower level. Rental fees can be paid at the Student Center Member Services Desk. Lockers that are not renewed and cleaned out will be charged the $10 retrieval fee.
