Rita Billups, Departmental Administrator
Rita manages and directs administrative business functions within the department and is responsible for financial accounting, personnel documentation, and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the office. She also serves on the Administrative Council committee for the School of Health Professions.
Isela Perez, Education Coordinator
Isela manages the student recruitment and application process. She also assists with the pre-clinical curriculum and class registration for Summer l.
Jessica Gutierrez, Education Coordinator
Jessica provides support on the pre-clinical and clinical sides of the curriculum. She assists in the development of curriculum calendars, maintenance of course materials, and maintains related program databases. She also assists in the development of clinical preceptorship sites.
Kelly Armstrong, Education Coordinator
Kelly assists in the development of clinical preceptorship sites, related affiliation agreements, and assignment of students to their clinical sites. She also manages the preparation of examination documents, scoring, and related database maintenance.
Tom Knight, Clinical Site Coordinator
Tom recruits and retains supervised clinical practice experiences throughout the DFW area and the State of Texas. His prior experiences are with the Area Health Education initiatives throughout North Texas and provide a firm foundation upon which the program continues to expand its clinical opportunities for its students.
Beverly Curtis, Senior Administrative Assistant
Beverly is the front office and telephone receptionist. Beverly supports the faculty, staff and students; providing information about the program and application process.
