Dean’s Scholar in Clinical Research
The Dean’s Scholar in Clinical Research program provides promising early career faculty with financial resources, career guidance, research training, and protected research time to facilitate their development as successful clinical physician scientists.
Dedman Scholar Award
The Dedman Scholar Award is an endowment gifted by the Dedman Foundation that allows UT Southwestern to recruit promising early-career physicians to the medical center to be mentored by senior clinicians and clinical scientists.

The Program provides funding over four years to recruit and support new faculty members and promote enduring excellence in patient care in oncology.
