Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine - Adult
Adult Psychiatry Fellowship prepares advanced practice providers to diagnose and treat mental health disorders in adults, ranging from mood and anxiety disorders to psychotic disorders and substance abuse. The program covers a broad range of psychiatric conditions, emphasizing evidence-based interventions, psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and crisis intervention techniques.
APPs develop skills in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulating treatment plans, and providing ongoing management and support to patients with mental illness. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and community resources is essential to ensure holistic care and support for patients with complex psychiatric needs.

Rotations/Blocks
This program includes rotations in adult psychiatric units, consult liaison teams, outpatient clinics, and addiction treatment centers. Additionally, fellows have the opportunity to engage in mini rotations and specialty rotations in areas of their interest.
