Orthopaedic Surgery
Orthopaedic Fellowship focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management, both surgical and non-surgical, of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. Advanced practice providers in this specialty gain expertise assisting in a wide range of orthopaedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture fixation, sports medicine surgeries, and spine surgeries. The program emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, involving collaboration with physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. APPs develop proficiency in both traditional and minimally invasive surgical techniques, with a focus on restoring function and mobility for patients with orthopaedic conditions.
