UT Southwestern Medical Center is pleased to announce an expansion of our laboratory outreach service, offering convenient and high quality lab services to physicians and patients in the greater Dallas Fort Worth region. We’ve designed our service with convenience and patient care in mind and know it will exceed your expectations.

Convenient Specimen Collection
- New and conveniently located draw stations, staffed by experienced and patient-focused phlebotomists.
- If warranted, the ability to place a phlebotomist right in your office, with oversight provided by our experienced management team.
Specialized Laboratories led by Board-Certified Pathologists
- A broad menu of tests performed in-house, and the ability to send out more esoteric tests.
- Access to teams of experienced, board certified, sub-specialized hospital pathologists.

Billing Expertise
- New outreach centered billing system with a friendly and well trained customer service team that answer the phones personally during business hours.
- Acceptance of almost all patient insurance plans, including United Healthcare and Aetna. If there is no contract with the patient’s insurance plan, we will redirect the sample appropriately, taking that responsibility off the hands of your staff.
