- Free abstract submission
- Free poster printing for participants
- Great opportunity to network and present your work
- Limited to three first author submissions with more being considered on a case-by-case basis space permitting
- Abstract submissions should be no longer than 350 words and should not contain any tables, graphics or images.

Research and QI abstracts should have the following sections headings

- Posters (Powerpoint files only) should be submitted by end of day March 5, 2025.
- The display area will be 48 inches tall by 48 inches wide. Your poster should fit within the display area. We recommend a 42x44 poster template.
- Include your poster number in the file name example “001-lastname.pptx”
- Upload poster files here using your UT Southwestern MS Office account.
- Please put logos of all institutions involved in your poster when applicable.
- These uploaded posters will be printed and hung on the displays for you as well as used for the online version of the Symposium.
