Inpatient General Internal Medicine
The Division of General Internal Medicine provides a broad array of outpatient and inpatient care services at a variety of locations.
In inpatient settings, our team provides a variety of services to patients hospitalized for or with a range of medical conditions. We provide care in collaboration and coordination with other medical and surgical sub-specialists.
Our team provides inpatient services at the following locations:
William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital
Our team provides care to patients on a dedicated teaching service, the Foster Service. The service is named after Daniel W. Foster, M.D., who served as third chair of the Department of Internal Medicine, from 1987 to 2003.
Parkland Memorial Hospital
Our team provides care to patients on a dedicated teaching service.
