Our Vision

The EquallyAble Alliance BRG is dedicated to creating a nurturing community for UTSW employees who have been affected by disabilities. This includes individuals who have personal experience with disabilities or those who have supported and cared for friends, family members, or loved ones with disabilities. The primary goal is to foster an inclusive atmosphere by offering support, promoting understanding, and providing accurate and reliable information. The EquallyAble Alliance BRG will strive to create an environment where all employees, regardless of their abilities, can thrive, grow, and achieve their fullest potential.
