The annual employee engagement survey has begun.
The annual Values in Practice (VIP) engagement survey kicks off today for nonfaculty employees and serves as one of the most important ways to gather employee feedback throughout the year. Your confidential responses help us understand what is working well and what we can do better to ensure that UT Southwestern is a place where each of us feels engaged, supported, and respected.
This 3- to 5-minute online survey is conducted through a third-party vendor, Glint, to ensure your confidentiality and the overall integrity of the survey. To get started, check your email for a personalized survey invitation from Glint with the subject line “UT Southwestern values your feedback.”
You will be asked about key employee engagement areas that align with the UTSW values of excellence, innovation, teamwork, and compassion. We encourage you to take a few moments to complete the survey before the Nov. 5 deadline.
