How to Be More Resilient in Your Life

Everyone experiences varying degrees of setbacks such as stress at work, financial problems, illness, natural disasters, divorce, or the death of a loved one. However, people who are resilient tend to utilize their skills and strengths to positively cope and recover. Come learn how to develop and strengthen your resilience, and find out what resources are available for your work and personal life.


Supervisory Training

March 26 & July 23, 8-11 a.m., ODT Training Room

Personal and work stressors, as well as major life changes, can affect our performance on the job. As a supervisor, one needs to carefully address these issues and the effect on the work environment. This training will examine the role of a supervisor in handling employee concerns in work performance, and how to use the EAP as a tool in these matters. Supervisors will get a full overview of EAP services and how to effectively use them.


Relationship Skills for Couples

In this seminar, we will examine how difficult couple relationships can affect the workplace. We will explore issues such as communication and relationship stress, and provide guidelines for a healthy connection and relationship harmony to assist in job and life satisfaction.
