UT Southwestern is very proud to celebrate National Nurses Week (May 6-12) and the exceptional efforts our nursing staff make each and every day, especially during this global COVID-19 pandemic.

Now more than ever, the work of our nurses is critical to our efforts as an academic medical center but, more significantly, continues to have a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of patients and families who come to UT Southwestern for help. We know from patient feedback that the care, support, and human connection patients experience from nurses in our hospital and clinics consistently stands out as a highlight of their experience.
