Procurement Portal town halls hosted by Purchasing team

Many UT Southwestern colleagues experienced challenges with Procurement during Project Reboot, and help is on the way! The Procurement Portal Optimization Project is designed to make the Procurement Portal more effective and easier to use.

A panel of experts will be available at several town halls to answer questions and address concerns about the Procurement Portal. You’re encouraged to attend one of these town halls in person so you can interact with the panel and learn from the discussion.

The town halls are open to everyone. However, the Purchasing team highly recommends that Lead Admins and those with a Requestor or Approver role attend.

Seating is limited, so reserve a seat for yourself and/or your team members. There will be a livestream option only if there is a need for overflow capacity.

The town halls will be recorded and posted (within four business days) to the Supply Chain Management > Purchasing page.

• Choose which town hall you will attend and reserve your seat in Taleo Learn. Search by using key words “eProcurement” or “purchasing.”
• If you have questions that you would like the panel to address during the town hall, send them via projectreboot@utsouthwestern.edu to Project Reboot. Include the email subject line “Procurement Portal Question 8/8/19 Town Hall” and the date of the town hall you plan to attend. This will help our panel members be as prepared as possible.
