New electronic First Report of Injury (eFRI) form

The Office of Safety and Business Continuity has launched an electronic First Report of Injury (eFRI) form to report all work-related injuries. The new eFRI replaces the previous paper based document and is available for all UT Southwestern employees through the Health System’s event reporting software, RL Solutions.
