The spring food truck schedule is here, and coffee is coming soon!

There are four seasons in Texas: Long hot summer, two-second autumn, winter-ish, and food trucks.

Winter-ish is gone, and that means the spring food truck schedule is here. And coffee lovers rejoice, because a java truck is on the way!

• Tuesdays: North Campus (Simmons Rose Garden off Medical Records Drive) and East Campus (outside the Radiation Oncology building)
• Wednesdays: North Campus
• Thursdays: North Campus

This week on North Campus, look for Rock ‘n Ricks, Easy Sliders and Wuden Chopsticks. East Campus will feature the Thai fusion of Yim Yam.

And more is coming: Soon, look for details on a coffee/breakfast truck visiting the Bass Center.
