Mentoring, Professional Development, and Professional Advancement Survey for faculty

The Faculty Senate is here to be the voice of all faculty to administration and institutional leadership. We need to know your thoughts, concerns and gain feedback from you to support our advocacy as we aim to work for you.

The Mentoring, Professional Development, and Professional Advancement Survey was created by the Faculty Senate to get candid feedback from faculty about professional development, mentoring, and career advancement (both academic rank and administrative positions).

This survey, which should take less than 10 minutes to complete, is a tool to inform administration about what is working well and what might need improvement. The results will allow us to partner with administration to ensure greater impact. The better the response rate, the more data will be available to support improvement.

The information will be kept confidential and only shared in aggregate with administrators and institutional leadership to protect the privacy of individual respondents. The Faculty Senate owns and secures the data.
