Employee Advisory Council elections coming soon
The Employee Advisory Council (EAC) is made up of staff representatives who help enhance communication, promote employee commitment, and improve operations across the UT Southwestern community. Monthly meetings serve as a forum for constructive dialogue and a vehicle for helping us sustain and enhance a positive, productive work environment for all employees.
Do you want to be an agent of change at UT Southwestern? Now’s your chance! The EAC acts as a direct connection to the Office of the President by meeting monthly with executive leadership. Be a part of the EAC and help make a difference at UT Southwestern. The EAC is continually looking for ideas to improve and develop better employee recognition, communication, and events!
The Council, created in 2010, consists of employees who serve in a variety of roles and have been elected by their peers. Nominations and elections for Fiscal Year 2020 will be starting up soon, and there will be positions available in all five districts. In the meantime, learn more about the EAC.
