Project Reboot go-live support available
PeopleSoft 9.2 goes live on Sept. 4, but that doesn’t mean you are on your own. Project Reboot provides you with post go-live support with the following resources:
- Reboot Command Center and PeopleSoft Help Desk: Speak directly to subject matter experts and Reboot staff members for help. servicedesk@utsouthwestern.edu or call 214-648-7600 (option 4) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday from Sept. 4 to Oct. 7.
- Office Hours: Get in-person, one-on-one assistance with a subject matter expert. Exact office hours to be announced soon.
- Reboot Delta Training: Sign up in Taleo Learn and view the curriculum available online.
- Reboot Website: Information on Reboot training and access to resource tools at utsouthwestern.net/reboot.
