On My Own Time Art Show voting now open

The 2018 On My Own Time employee and student art show opened earlier this month in the South Campus Library. Photography, painting, sculpture, fiber art, jewelry, and metal will be on display through Sept. 21.

Employees and students can now vote for their favorite piece of art during the "People’s Choice" voting Aug. 21-28.

For each category of art, judges selected by the Dallas Business Council for the Arts will choose a first-place winner, and one or more honorable mention winners. "Best of Show" will be selected by judges from amongst the first-place winners.

The Best of Show, People’s Choice, and first-place winners from each category will go to a region-wide show at NorthPark Center, October 4-12.
