We assist with award monetary modifications, requisition approvals, and budgetary reconciliations.
Revenue Cycle Team
We submit invoices to sponsors and manage accounts receivable.

We create and submit financial reports to funding agencies.

Business Process
We examine SPA processes and identify areas for improvement. We develop standard operating procedures and guidance materials for all SPA teams, as well as manage all documents for classification, retention, and accuracy purposes.

Data Analytics
We provide management analysis and data analytics for all SPA leadership, teams, and projects. We assist members of SPA Compliance and Operations Team with data pulls and population analysis for audits and surveys.
Education
We manage the development and dissemination of education and training materials for SPA staff and the broader research community, including SPA continuing education and the SPA Certification Program. We create and maintain content for the SPA website, as well as manage all communication campaigns.
