Faculty Connect

The Office of Faculty Development created a pilot program called Faculty Connect that supports new connections between faculty members. Over the course of one year, faculty will decide what best serves their connection. Faculty members are grouped in triads or tetrads from various disciplines and departments based upon their selection of interested domains: Career Development/Networking, Scholarly Activity, and Well-Being/Work-Life Integration. Faculty are encouraged to meet at least three times during the academic year. Connections may continue beyond the required year. The overall goal of Faculty Connect is for faculty to network, offer each other guidance, share experiences, and develop ideas or plans to implement ideas collaboratively or independently.
