Articulating Your Mentoring Philosophy
The National Institute of Health has announced new guidelines for training grants effective Jan 2025. These include formal mentorship training and inclusion of a mentoring philosophy statement in your NIH Biosketch.
The overall goal of Faculty Connect is for faculty to network, offer each other guidance, share experiences, and develop ideas or plans to implement ideas collaboratively or independently.
