LEVEL Up Participants
LEVEL Up is a new leadership program available for faculty members stepping up to the next level of leadership.
Program Overview
15 hours of in-person learning distributed over 8 sessions. Information will be immediately useable and transformational for a cohort of faculty in mid-career leadership roles.
Applications
Applications open in the late winter/early spring and the next cohort is selected before summer. The cohort sessions will begin the following October.
We are not currently accepting applications.
- Eligibility
Associate Professors or Professors, including, but not limited to:
- Division Chiefs (including Interim)
- Vice Chairs
- Chairs of Departments or Centers
- Faculty leaders with financial responsibilities
- Faculty in a leadership role that may involve recruitment and/or supervision of other faculty members
Support from your Chair is highly encouraged before submitting your application

The sessions will be held in-person on the first Tuesday of the month starting in October and concluding in May.
