The Office of Quality Improvement and Safety Outcomes Education leads the transformation of clinical practices into a high-performing organization through these programs:
- Academy for Performance Excellence (APEX)
- Performance Excellence and Quality Management (PExQM) formerly Clinical Safety & Effectiveness (CS&E)
- Quality Methodology in Taleo
In these programs, faculty, staff, students, and residents build the knowledge, tools, and expertise necessary to provide excellent patient-centered care in a setting that promotes both a positive patient experience and a safe and cost-efficient environment.
