The Transplant Services Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center is licensed to operate tissue banks in Canada and these states:

• Canada – CTO Registration Certificate
• State of California Department of Public Health – Tissue Bank License 
• Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene – Tissue Bank Permit 
• New York State Department of Health – Tissue Bank License
