This fall saw a wide range of interesting and engaging grand rounds guest lectures, including one sponsored through the Enrico G. Bartolucci, M.D., Lectureship in Endocrine Surgery and given by Rebecca Sippel, M.D. Dr. Sippel is the chief of endocrine surgery and vice chair of academic affairs and professional development at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Sippel’s presentation, “How Do We Define Quality in Thyroid Cancer Surgery?”, was the highlight of September.
