BSL2 Live Cell Imaging Facility

The Microbiology Live Cell Imaging Facility (MLCIF) is a shared Microbiology Department resource for live cell imaging of Biosafety Level 2 (BSL2) pathogenic agents. The facility is located in NL3.130C (adjacent to Dr. Neal Alto’s laboratory) and houses a Zeiss LSM980 Airyscan 2 multiplexed confocal microscope outfitted with incubation and CO2 for imaging of live mammalian cells.
