Director, Medical Services
Nursing Administration Support

From his nominator: “He is often seen at the bedside of high-acuity patients. He always tries to make them smile; they delight when he dresses up for Halloween. Once, he created a space for the wedding of an ICU patient. He models every behavior he wants to see in unit nurses. He mentors travel nurses, new nurse graduates, and even the experienced nurses because they feel he is approachable and has a wealth of knowledge to offer. He always celebrates and acknowledges the great work of his team and managers on a regular basis.”
