Join Alpha Omega Alpha At UT Southwestern, students are inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha either near the end of their junior year, or near the beginning of their senior year. New members are elected by existing AOA student members through a well-defined process. Any student with a GPA in the top 15% of the class is eligible to apply for election during the junior year, and any student with a GPA in the top 30% the class is eligible to apply for election during the senior year.
