Committee Descriptions Provost's Standing Committees Academic Accommodations Advisory Committee Chair: Kim Barker, M.D., Associate Professor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Charge: Working in conjunction with the Office for Access and Title IX, oversees requested academic accommodations and medical leave for students at UT Southwestern. Objective: Provides oversight for the accommodations process. Reviews accommodation recommendations made by Campus Accessibility Services, as needed
