Model Systems The Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center is funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research . The model systems outline research and identify health care needs in individuals who have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and burn injury. The Monday Clinic The Monday Clinic | Now-Forward The Monday Clinic (TMC) serves to provide general medical care from the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as offering routine check-ups and treating acute illness. TMC also hosts Neuro nights, where patients with neurological symptoms may be seen by a neurologist.
