Combined Medicine/Pediatrics Nephrology Track Individuals seeking board certification in both Adult and Pediatric Nephrology can pursue combined fellowship training. Completion of both Adult and Pediatric residency training, either individually or as a combined Med/Peds residency, is a prerequisite for this pathway.
