Immunizations

Student Health Services offers immunizations for current students and registered postdoctoral trainees. Student Health Services does not provide immunizations or testing required for pre-matriculation.

Meningitis Immunization

All incoming students 21 years of age or younger are required to have one dose of meningitis vaccine. The vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before enrollment and no more than 5 years before enrollment.

Students Involved in Patient Care

Students involved in patient care are required to have certain specific immunizations and report them using the form provided below:

• Dallas-based facilities for immunizations, titers, and TB testing
• Immunization FAQs
• Immunization requirements
• Supplemental immunization requirement (meningitis)
