International Students

Academic Prerequisites
Complete all the program prerequisites, even if you earned a medical degree in another country.
Transcripts
Official transcripts from each college or university you have attended must be translated into English. Please mail official transcripts (not notarized copies) to:

Please keep copies of your transcripts. Your originals will not be returned.
Transcript Evaluations
Submit an independent evaluation of your transcripts if you received your degree from a university outside of the U.S. Please send these evaluations to the Admissions Office before the application deadline.
The evaluation should include:
- Final grade for each undergraduate course
- Semester credit hours
- Subject breakdown

Language Proficiency Exams
International applicants whose native language is not English must submit Language Proficiency Exam scores. We accept the following test scores:
- DuoLingo
- IELTS
- TOEFL Essentials
- TOEFL iBT
(Applicants whose education language of instruction is English but who reside in a non-English-speaking country must still submit Language Proficiency Exam scores.)
While there are no minimum score requirements, competitive scores are typically equivalent to a TOEFL iBT score of 100 or above.
Our institutional code is 6686. No departmental code is needed.
