Our neurologists are at the forefront of advancing clinical care for patients with a variety of tremors. Our chair, Dr. Elan D. Louis, is an internationally recognized leader in tremor research and treatment.

What we do

The tremor clinic furnishes patients with detailed and comprehensive clinical assessments, definitive diagnoses, and individual treatment plans. Patients are referred to us regionally, nationally, and internationally, with a broad range of tremor disorders, including but not limited to essential tremor, dystonic tremor, and Parkinsonian tremor, as well as a broad range of rare and mixed tremor disorders that have been difficult to diagnose and treat. These patients are invited to participate in a range of research studies led by the Tremor laboratory directed by Dr. Louis.
