Aerospace Neurology
Our faculty are recognized by the FAA for providing comprehensive assessments of pilots and determining if they are “fit to fly”.
The team comprises an aerospace neurologist who evaluates pilots based on FAA specifications and requirements to return them to the flight deck.
What we do
Our faculty can arrange for any neurological testing required, including brain MRI and EEG. We work with those seeking class 1, 2, or 3 FAA medical certification. Some of the most common conditions seen are stroke and traumatic brain injury. We also frequently evaluate aviators with concern for possible seizure, syncope, or any other neurological concern that is a barrier to FAA medical certification.
