Welcome to the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the third tower at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital. The new 12-story tower includes an expanded emergency department and additional patient rooms that will bring the hospital's bed count to about 750. The expansion will also house the inpatient clinical programs of the Peter O'Donnell Jr. Brain Institute, positioning UT Southwestern as one of the leading neuroscience providers in the U.S.

The tower is scheduled to open in two phases beginning the week of Dec. 7, with the second phase during the week of Jan. 11, 2021.
