First UTSW job: I started working as a Registered Nurse on the medical-surgical floor at the former St. Paul University Hospital in 1993.

Best part about my job: I like helping mothers with postpartum care and educating and supporting them with newborn care.

Best UTSW memory: It’s a memorable experience to see the joy of the mothers and family with the birth of new babies.

Hobbies: I like cooking food and planting flowers in the yard with my family. I also enjoy traveling and seeing historical places and art museums.
