Prema Kuriakose

Registered Nurse II
6 Blue Ob/Gyn and Medical-Surgical Unit, William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital

First UTSW job: Staff Nurse at the former St. Paul University Hospital.

Best part about my job: I truly enjoy caring for mothers of multiple babies.

Best UTSW memory: My current nurse manager happens to have also been the bedside nurse during my own delivery at St. Paul 26 years ago.

I’m really good at: Cooking, especially Indian cuisine.

Hobbies: Spending time with my family, especially doing Wordle and other puzzles with my daughters.

Surprising fact: During my pregnancy, I carried triplets for 35 weeks.

Final note: My husband and I have been married for 34 years, and we have three daughters: Christin, Megan, and Ashlyn, who is a Physical Therapist here at UTSW. I am very proud to be part of the UTSW team and enjoy working with fantastic people who do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
