Congratulations to nonclinical PACT Gold Pin winners

Nonclinical PACT logo

From January through July, 12 employees in nonclinical departments ranging from Animal Resources to Facilities Management earned Gold Pin status for achievement of PACT program honors recognizing outstanding customer service.

PACT awards honor UT Southwestern employees and faculty who demonstrate superior organizational values through quality customer service. Recognition can come from managers, co-workers, internal or external customers, faculty, patients, or visitors. Nonclinical employees do not have a deadline to receive PACT recognitions.

“The PACT program stems from UT Southwestern’s desire to recognize our employees who provide excellent care and service to our patients and stakeholders,” said Julie Sirkin, Assistant Vice President for Compensation, Benefits and HR Information Systems. “It is important to highlight the top-flight work our employees do daily and individuals' efforts that make this organization great.”

The PACT program has three pin award levels: Blue (four recognitions), Silver (eight recognitions), and Gold (16 recognitions). Submit a recognition online for nonclinical UTSW members each time great service is noticed. Congratulations to all the winners!
