2024 total eclipse - banner — It was a sight to see, as the UTSW community came together to experience the solar eclipse.

On Monday, April 8, a collaborative effort between Student Life, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and Auxiliary Services brought together UTSW learners, faculty, and staff for a solar eclipse watch party outside the Peter O’Donnell Jr. Biomedical Research Building. The day was one for the books, with entertainment provided by the Dallas Mavericks dancers and mascot, tasty offerings from local food trucks, and live music performances by talented UTSW musicians.

Some were focused on the eclipse and others wanted to preserve the memory with a quick selfie.
