Medical School alumnus Dr. Tommy Korn, M.D., was recently promoted to Chief Experience Officer at Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group in San Diego. Dr. Korn is a board-certified ophthalmologist with Sharp Healthcare. He and his team collaborated with Sharp HealthCare and Apple to create an app to help patients prepare for and recover from cataract eye surgery using Apple’s CareKit health platform.
