Medical School alumnus Gil I. Wolfe, M.D., has received the 2018 State University of New York Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities. He was named a University at Buffalo/SUNY Distinguished Professor in 2017. Dr. Wolfe has served as the Irvin and Rosemary Smith Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurology at Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo, since 2012.
