All evaluations are completed in accordance to the ACGME residency training program requirements.

• Evaluations of Child and Adolescent Fellows are completed at the end of each rotation by the clinical supervisors, off-site supervisors and ancillary staff. All evaluations are discussed on an individual basis with each fellow and the evaluating supervisor.

• Semi-annual evaluations with the Training Director are held in December and May. All evaluations are reviewed and the fellow's training progress discussed.

• Fellows are also evaluated by their therapy supervisors on a semi-annual basis.

• Evaluations of fellows for didactics are completed by the lecturer.

• Self-evaluations and anonymous Peer evaluations will be completed annually.

• Anonymous evaluations of each rotation and attending are completed by the Fellows at the end of each rotation and held in confidence until the end of the academic year.
